This Privacy Policy explains how Picker Agent ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Picker Agent mobile application, website, dashboard, API, and related services.

We collect information you provide when using Picker Agent, including:

  • Account information, such as email address, password, user ID, company membership, and role information.
  • Company information, such as company name, settings, timezone, notification settings, work week settings, and invite codes.
  • Operational content, such as uploaded pick sheets, run names, scheduled dates, SKU names, machine records, location records, quantities, packing status, expiry dates, and notes.
  • Time tracking information, such as clock-in and clock-out records where your company uses that feature.
  • Support and communication information, such as messages, contact details, and feedback you send to us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use Picker Agent, we may collect:

  • Device and app information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and region settings.
  • Authentication and security information, such as user ID, company ID, session identifiers, refresh tokens, and request metadata.
  • Usage and diagnostic information, such as app interactions, feature usage, errors, logs, performance metrics, and service health events.
  • Push notification information, such as device push tokens and notification delivery settings.

1.3 Camera, Audio, And Headphone Controls

Picker Agent uses the camera only to scan QR invite codes when joining a company workspace.

Picker Agent uses device audio and text-to-speech to read packing instructions aloud. Headphone playback controls may be used to control the packing workflow, such as advancing to the next item.

Picker Agent does not record audio, store audio recordings, transmit audio recordings, or access the microphone.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Picker Agent.
  • Authenticate users and protect accounts.
  • Process uploaded pick sheets.
  • Create, update, and sync runs, packing sessions, notes, expiry records, analytics, and company settings.
  • Enable spoken packing prompts and headphone control workflows.
  • Send push notifications where enabled.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Improve reliability, performance, and usability.
  • Monitor security, prevent misuse, and enforce service limits.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate hosting, infrastructure, authentication, email, notifications, monitoring, payments, and support.
  • Company workspace administrators, where information belongs to or is managed within a company workspace.
  • Legal, regulatory, or government authorities where required by law or valid legal process.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, insurers, and auditors.
  • Successors or assignees in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets.

We require service providers to handle information only for authorised purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Picker Agent, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs.

Company operational data is generally retained while the company workspace remains active, unless deleted by authorised users or through an approved deletion request. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or records needed for security, legal, or financial compliance.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Picker Agent is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
